About Dr. Desai
Dr. Desai got an early start on her career in eye care. She fell in love with optical after receiving her first pair of glasses at age 11, and her first job was working in an optometrist’s office at age 14. After completing her Doctor of Optometry from State University of New York, College of Optometry, Dr. Desai held several externships and positions involving contact lenses, cornea, prosthetics, and primary eye care. Today, she offers comprehensive eye care to patients who appreciate her attentive and meticulous care.
Dr. Desai has led a life of many locations; she was born in England, raised in California, and has lived in LA, NYC, Chicago, and Lehigh Valley, PA. Today, she enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle with her husband, son, and daughter in and around Buffalo. When not serving patients as a primary care and pediatric eye doctor in Williamsville, New York, her hobbies include fitness and spinning, cooking and baking, reading, completing puzzles, and practicing her Gujarati.
