Supporting animal rescue is deeply personal to our team. Dr. David Burstein has long been an advocate for rescue animals. His dog Riley, adopted from the SPCA Serving Erie County, is his fifth rescue and has become a beloved part of both his family and the practice. With her gentle personality and sweet demeanor, Riley is a reminder of why Dr. Burstein continues to support pet adoption.
Our office manager, Kayla Lambert, shares that same passion. Her dog Copper, a Boxer mix, was found in foster care at just six weeks old. Adopted in 2019, Copper quickly became a beloved part of the family and helped show that the stigma surrounding rescue and bully breeds couldn’t be further from the truth.
Because animal rescue means so much to our team, we proudly support the SPCA Serving Erie County. For every comprehensive eye exam at our practice, we donate $1 to the SPCA to help support their mission of rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
